We accept PPO insurance plans as an out-of network provider, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dental Professionals of Lincoln Park does not except HMO plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Billing
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
